Difficult to access

Design looks appealing but the functionality is completely useless. It was difficult to put in a mid size laptop and even to put in an average sized water bottle was a challenge. The bag has adequate number of pockets but they are tight and difficult to put any item in or out. The bag is roomy in the bottom/base but hard to get even an 80 page-composition book to go in to that space. This was without the laptop. Then putting a laptop was an uphill task. I just gave up and has to find a different bag for my kid. If it was difficult for me, I can imagine the frustration for a kid. Tried reaching out to Fuel customer service for a return and refund but they do not offer free return. So I am stuck with a non-functional school laptop bag.
