Did a ton of research on the adjustable weigh dumbbells. This is an amazing product and perfect for home use where you might not have the space for multiple weigh sets. Quick twist of the wrist and your where you want to be for an muscle group. So all it all it is excellent product. My only comment is to be careful when removing the weighs out of the cradle and go slowly and completely vertical. Otherwise you might dislodge one of the resting weighs left in the cradle. This product is made by CAP but under the Fuel label and Walmart it is a steal and great value.

We have owned these for 7 months now. We are satisfied foe the quality foe the price. They are easy to adjust size, low maintenance, easily portable, don't take up much space. the total size of each dumbell is reasonable and not too big like others I've used. only adjustment I made, since I did not purchase the stand, is that I had to zip tie the bottoms to the stand they sit on to keep them from pulling up the entire dumbell holder instead of just the weight.
