Flex Seal is a liquid rubber coating spray that turns into a durable waterproof barrier. It's easy to use and comes in a portable aerosol spray can. Flex Seal sprays out as a liquid, seeping into cracks and holes, and then dries to a rubberized coating. Flex Seal stops vibrations and deadens noise. Flex Seal seals out water, air, moisture, preventing rust and corrosion. Once dry, can be painted any color. EXCELLENT FOR: Arts and crafts, Roof leaks, gutters, RV’S, campers, mobile home roofs, skylights, vent pipes, flashings, hoses, PVC Pipes, window sills, A/C drip pans, portable A/C units, duct work, chimneys, boats, bird baths, ponds, fountains, downspouts, flat Roofs, metal roofs, foundations, gravel stops, asphalt shingles, overlapped seams, drip edges, rubberized and granulated roofs and so much more!

Instructions
Directions: So easy to use! Read entire can. Wear face and eye protection, protective gloves and clothing; Make sure the area is clean, dry and free of grease, oil & dirt; Shake well: Spray 8 inches to 12 inches from surface; Apply several coats until all cracks and holes have been filled. Allow 24 to 48 hours. Hint: make sure flex seal has filled all cracks and holes and is fully cured before testing product. If light passes through apply additional coats. Use only in a well ventilated area. When using inside, prevent vapor build up by opening doors and windows. Ensure fresh air entry during application and drying. Do not use near heat, sparks, pilot lights or other sources of ignition. Do not smoke. When covering large areas indoors, eliminate ignition sources far from the point of use because vapors are heavier than air and may travel significant distances. When applying to large areas indoors, do not exceed use of ��� of a can before allowing one hour for the coating to dry and vapors to dissipate before using again works best at can temperatures above 60 degrees F. Shake throughout application. Note: After each use, invert can and apply a short burst to clear nozzle. Not intended for use by professional roofers. This product has not been tested for use in potable water systems. May not be compatible with all plastics, vinyls & rubbers.

I ordered Flex Seal Clear to seal our windows.. We had a problem when the snow started to melt and we originally used the white flex seal, because that was all we had on hand..In order to do the job correctly on all of our windows we needed the clear.. We are using the clear on the outside of our window frames to stop any and all leaks... It is a GREAT PRODUCT...
