Great prep Tool
I bought this model several years ago. It is the best for chopping things up that is already in bowl like bagged salad, chunks of meat etc. You can use it for cutting up food pieces are too large for children while in the bowl. I have basically worn my 7 inch shear out. I have used it daily for around 7 years. I have the 5 inch one too. It is too small for my hand. I am anxious to get a new one. They are currently out of stock.
