Two things about the design of this support that I have problems with: If your thumb is very sore or sensitive, it is extremely painful to put this support on with the way the hand has to squeeze in through the wrist opening. I wish someone made a flexible thumb support that had a velcro type opening for an esay entry. Secondly, the support is shaped with the thumb part sticking out at nearly ninety degrees from the other fingers (like when you spread your hand out to draw a turkey as children do). This is not a neutral, natural position, and I found it very painful after only a few minutes. Sadly, this support went straight into a drawer and will probably never be used.
