Great for full rack bench press

I bought this to use with an, exercise bench for, bench pressing. It worked perfect for me. If you short you will need to drill some holes to use it for bench presses. I made one from studs and, the lowest height of squat rack was the same. A full rack bench was too expensive. This worked perfect for me. You can adjust it to any width you like from full to half rack

Packaged and well designed by professionals. Albeit I was reluctant if the plate pin was for 1” or two inch like many others. It was for 1” but adding foam (not included) could easily make it usable for 2” plates. The protective rubber strips is another nice caveat.
