Speedy Delivery Missing Parts

Received the item early. Paid for assembly. They were on time, but the bike was missing 2 parts. I was told by 3rd party customer service to disassemble the product and pack it for a return. Then was told to keep the item they could send me the 2 missing parts. I was refunded the assembly fee. Now I'm waiting on the 2 missing parts and hopefully my husband can reassemble the bike.
