The chairs were packaged extremely well to prevent any damage during transit. Quite impressed. They are easy to assemble but requires two people so one can align screw holes and hold in place while the other one screws. The chairs are comparable in looks and comfort to 10 year old ones we replaced that we paid over $2,500 a piece back then. Highly recommend.
