I absolutely love this cooling blanket! The size is perfect, and I love the color. I'm a big person and I easily get overheated. This helps me sleep better tremendously!! I'm able to remain a decent and comfortable temperature. During times that it's warmer in the house, it actually does cool me down. The only complaint that I have, is after using it pretty much daily since I got it a couple weeks ago, the material on the noncooling side is already starting to fray. Other than that, perfect!!
