Eastern Feast - Ready to Eat Vegetarian Meals, 10.58 oz (Saag Aloo) 10 PACK.

I went from buying this Sag Aloo by the 4-pack to TWO 10-packs in less than two months. I'd call it mild, rather than medium spicy; but that's how spice is calibrated for Americans. Most of us aren't accustomed to authentic Indian cuisine and have low tolerance for chili. Regardless, this is very good for those of us who want quick meals made with ingredients we could buy ourselves from the store. Half a bag with half a bag of jasmine rice fills me up. There's only one issue: When nuking the bag, no matter what trick I employ, there's often an explosion; and I end up cleaning green splatter out of the microwave. One time, the bag actually jumped! It was hilarious. The least messy method is to cut a cm on each side and to put a moist paper towel over the top of the bag in case of explosion. I reckon it's the potatoes. Reducing the power and increasing the time helps. Explosions are still a factor, though not as spectacular. I need to add the cm cuts on the sides and paper towel method to the power reduction/time increase method. I suspect that's the right combo! : ) Even with green explosions, it's SO WORTH it!
