I purchased the bike and rode it twice before the battery went up. The seller provided me with instructions to troubleshoot/fix the bike. I am not a bike mechanic and do not want to fiddle with the bike. I have requested a refund and have yet to hear back from them. If I don't get a response within 24 hours, I will be reporting them to Consumer Protection and the BBB.
