Very Realistic!

I chose the RBF-30 Revillusion firebox based on product videos and I have not been disappointed. The firebox was added to a custom built cabinet/mantelpiece ensemble and it is awesome. I also purchased the doors and a 'crackler' so it feels like we are sitting by a real fire! The heater was not a priority for us, and with it being May, not presently in use. A review of this feature might come later.

Better than the real thing!

We had the electric fireplace Inserted in our old gas enabled fireplace, after capping the gas, a month ago. We are very happy with the look, choice of lighting ambience, heater function and safety. The directions for installation were great, and when we still had a glitch, the technical customer service quickly helped us ascertain that we had a wire connected incorrectly and it fixed the problem.

Awesome Design

We were wanting a gas fireplace for a reading room. After doing our homework we found this electric for substantially less. Did the online research and visited a local dealer where we could see one. Bingo.... awesome looking flame and worked perfectly for our use.
