Well Made Rowing Machine
Well made and smooth rowing machine. It took me about 40 minutes to put it together about a week ago. have completed only about 2,000 rows in about an hour and a half and it is working very well. I am 6 foot 1 inches tall with a 34 inch inseam and I have about an extra 4 inches to spare in the back, so this machine would accommodate someone who is much taller. I am 64 years old and about average strength for my age. I have it set on resistence level 6 of 8 and it is a fim pull for me. Level 8 may not be challenging enough for someone who is very strong.

This is a super quiet machine that delivers a solid cardio workout in the comfort of your own home. I went in strong and decided to start my rowing at a level 8 resistance (the highest it goes) and it SEEMED easy at first, but within 5 minutes I was working up a sweat and could really feel my heart rate accelerating nicely. This thing engages your legs, abs, arms, chest, and back all in one simple motion! I'm a hige fan after only 3 days of having it assembled and can't wait to start seeing results. **Only took about 45 mins to build this sucker on my own.

I needed a way to exercise this old ( 96 in about a week) body that did not involve going out on snowy roads. With this rowing machine I get a full body work out with adjustable degrees of difficulty. No weights to fool with, no balance problems, just pull and glide. Reminds me of my youth on the lake.
