I was in a pinch but thought this item (Kwikset handleset w/SmartKey) might take a week to arrive. It surprised & made me very happy when it showed up in 2 days! The handleset was made of top-quality metal with an elegant, firm feel. It installed fairly easily & looked great. My new front door hardware made my entry door look elegant & I'm sure it was a factor in selling my house. My only minor complaint is that Jet.com did not have the dummy handleset & knob for the other side of my double door. To find a matching dummy set, I had to order from another vendor. Both sets matched beautifully, as if they were one double set. Just wish that Jet.com had had both sets because I prefer ordering from Jet.com.
