Kwikset came through for us because of dropping during install. The drop turned the inside of knob where holes did not line up anymore. The replacement works well with our existing keys. Bought this for our laundry room to keep young children from playing in appliances and with soap

Installing this by myself was a little awkward but totally doable. Re-keying the lock was super easy and Iwas literally done in seconds.

Good Entry Set

Have 4 that I installed 4 years ago. Installed easily in the existing openings. Outside portion still looks like new. Can not say enough about the SmartKey system. Really like being able to re-key easily whenever necessary. Will never buy another keyed lockset that isn't a SmartKey.
