Support/Service means everything

I bought my entry door Kwikset combo pack 20 years ago and it was guaranteed a lifetime. The finish worn down some and I contacted them, sent a few pictures, and they sent me a replacement set, FOR FREE. Now that's standing behind your product. Great service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed three of these sets a couple of years ago with no problems. Easy installation and the re-keying feature is simple and works good. Then the latch mechanism on the front door lock started acting up, jamming at times and then permanently. I had to buy a new set to install as it was a Sunday and I couldn't close the door. When I called Kwikset the next day, sent them proof of purchase by email, and they reimbursed me promptly. Great customer service.

Pretty doorknobs and easy to re-key!

They are easy to re-key between tenants, or when tenants lose their keys and need a new set. They are elegant and the finish has held up well , even on the sets that are several years old.
