This heavy duty squat rack is perfect for the serious weight lifter. A squat rack is a "must-have" for anyone serious about strength training. Our squat rack can be used for many different exercises if combined with a dumbbell bench like flat, incline, decline bench press, military press, and squats. You can quickly move the solid steel spotter arms up and down to accommodate the different exercises safely. The chrome chin-up bar enables you to do many other activities as well. A rack is the safest way to push yourself if used correctly. This squat rack has a 1000 pound capacity, accommodating all your weight lifting needs. Get serious about lifting in your home with the DF825 squat rack! For more versatility add a Lat Attachment (DF830) or the Stack Loaded Lat Attachment (DF838). For added safety, you can add j-hooks (DF813).

Great power/squat rack
I have been power lifting now for little over two years and been looking to get a great power rack for my garage , when I can't make it the gym for my training sessions. My space is limited due to all my other stuff in my garage. I researched quite a few power racks out there and from what I found this rack was the best for me. The price isn't bad at all and the amount of weight it can hold is great. 1000lbs and they have a picture of the rack with a car on top of it weighing over 3700lbs. Even tho I'll never have that much weight on it. With it supporting that much weight, I definitely feel safe using it, along with any of my power lifting buddies. The specs are great and works perfectly for the space I currently have available. I really like the safly bar and how it has the j-cups welded to it. The rack it self is very sturdy and the pull up bar are as well. Was not bad at all to put together. What's also great about this power rack is it has a lat attachment you can get for it also that attaches to the back of it. You can order later or even order it together if you want to. I also got the flat bench (DF8000) for it. It's great and well put together. I highly recommend that bench for it.
