I bought 6 cans to paint outside front double doors. Coverage was good, really nice look, the ability to change the tips helped to make this very useful . it did seem a little thin at first but take your time and expect to spray multiple layers. My only negative is it did seem to have a lot more overspray then a normal spray can. I would not use indoors if you have a big project, take outdoors. Make sure to cover everything as well as possible especially the floor, I ended up only using 4 1/2 cans to properly cover (outside only) double doors and door frame. would definitely recommend

Worked like magic!

This Rust-Oleum black custom spray paint worked like magic turning an eyesore of a old wrought iron bench lawn swing into something I could be proud of. It had excellent coverage with wonderful ease of use which included the ability to change type of spray. Example fan, heavy, or stream. I used six cans to spray paint an appoximately 5 ft tall (legs/top) iron lawn swing with a five foot wide bench with a decorative back. I am a woman and novice painter who is only 5ft 2 in. tall and I had no problem getting the paint where I needed it: top, legs, arms, decorative back, seat bars, and even the large metal swing hooks. Because you. can control the spray volume/type, it was easier to spray paint evenly and prevent pooling on certain parts. It dried smooth! It covered the places on the legs and nooks and crannies that was spotted with heavy rust suprisingly well! The nozzles on the spray can did not clog during use. While the paint dried to touch in the sun fairly quickly, I found it was best to be patient and wait several hours to spray a second coat where it was needed for even results. The best results came when I let it dry overnight before second coating some decorative areas. ( Some things you spray paint may not need a second coat. It depends on age and wear. My swing was old and in desperate need of paint. ) I waited a conservative 24 hours drying time before putting on new seat cushions. The only thing that caused me trouble was if there was any wind, because the wind caused spray paint to go back toward me. (Ugh!) Don't spray paint when even a little windy! Proud of my "new" swing! Thanks Rust-Oleum!

Is a very nice color but make sure to prep the surface first or it will show every imperfection. I used it on my camper frame and it looks brand new now. The one bad is that after a while spraying your finger does start to hurt. Also there can be some overspray so just tape off stuff you don't want sprayed. Overall good product.
