I have had this product for over a month and have used it 4-5 days a week for at least 20 minutes, usually for 30 minutes. It is an excellent product thus far. It has held up well, makes very little noise and the resistance is adequate for toning. I received the product quickly and think it's a reasonable price for the workout.

Gives You A Good Lower Body Workout!!!
I purchased this not long ago. It is made very will. I notice it is hard to step up and down, couldn't find any adjustments, and the information that came with it, doesn't say anything about adjustment. But you will definely get a good leg workout and if you lean over its good for the stomach also. But be very careful easy to lose your balance.
