Great bed and prompt costumer service

The bed is wonderful! Initially the shipment was sent separately which I wasn't aware of and when the first package was delivered it only contained the side pieces and a set of slats. I immediately contacted the company with concerns about the rest of the pieces and they were quick to respond and inform me that the shipment came in two different deliveries. The second showed up the next day with the remaining parts and instructions. It turned out beautifully and the kids love it! We haven't installed the trundle yet because the babies like to play in the space underneath but it was included in the order!
