I was able to select a hue of foundation that matched my skin tone. The powder has a silky texture, goes over my foundation (also Neutrogena) smoothly and blends well and covers well. I am 66 years old and have problems with blemishes (hardly seems fair!) I bought a set of compact puffs which helps to spread the powder very well. Maybe the puffs were Neutrogena brand also. Likely so. Neutrogena works very well for me.

The older I get, the more my skin color changes. My old makeup and powder looked yellowish on my skin now. I needed something lighter that the price would not wipe out my bank account.
