Two chairs, and only 1 working piston 😡
The chairs came quickly, quoted me 10 days, but came in 4 days. The look and quality are very good 👍 and the tailor-made cushions are a nice touch The chairs took me about 6 1/2 hours to complete. I do have 1 problem with one of the chairs. I think the piston is broken, and the chair will not remain reclined. That is the main reason for the purchase that, and the swivel motion. So I'm half happy with the purchase $17800 per chair is a lot for half happy I hope the retailer sees this post and reaches out to correct the problem Otherwise, I would give 5 stars on everything except assembly that i would still give 3 stars

I received this chair and it is comfortable. The only thing is that I wish the foot rest was up higher when reclined. Overall I could take a nap in this chair!
