The tracking information provided was extremely vague from the beginning. I then received a delivery notification two days after the package was supposedly delivered. However, the item was not delivered to my home. I have checked my security cameras, verified that the shipping address was correct, and confirmed that no delivery attempt was made at my residence. When I contacted customer service, I was told there was nothing further they could do besides offering a refund. However, at this point, the same product I originally ordered has increased considerably in price, making it unfair for me to reorder it myself. This situation is unacceptable. I paid for a product that was never delivered, received delayed and unclear tracking updates, and now I am left without the item and unable to purchase it again at the original price.
