Trying to have an allen wrench used as a screw driver was a painful few hours of my life. Aside from that, two of the pieces that I got for the drawer were wrong which was just the cherry on top.

I bought this best thinking it was sturdy , srltrong, and well built. I was very disappointed. after the 2nd day it was built i sat on it and wood slacks that hold mattress broke. the wood are very thin and not stronge enough to even hold 140 pounds. i have tried to call seller and can not get in contact with anyone. i also emailed them, also not reply back. i got this through 3rd party walmart. Seller should have the courtesy to return messages. my next step is contact walmart hopefully they would be able to assist me in resolving this for me since i bought it through there website. I dont recommend if you like good quality item's like myslef. I also think it was highly priced cosidering the thin wood wood that was used.
