Labeled incorrectly

I really like how this scarf looks and it is quite soft, but I only purchased it because it said 100% cotton. However, it is not cotton, at all actually, and is labeled 100% viscose. After washing it it, the scarf gave my neck a rash the same way synthetic polyester does
