this is a great cup for decorating. with the straight top portion decals go on easier and without buckling. I also love that cups come with a straw. I don't like how they are shipped. My boxes come taped together and are usually pretty beat up by the time I get them. I feel like shipping used to be quicker...out of PA. now it seems to take a bit and tracking (track dog, whatever) is not usually updated correctly. But none of these are deal breakers. I will continue to buy your cups.

I received the wrong type of lids on the 30oz. tumblers. The ones I received were clear with a hole to put a straw in or drink from. It had no closure over hole. I did not receive the ones in the picture which is the ones I wanted. I messaged you and have not gotten a response as of yet. The stainless steel tumblers are awesome. This was the second time I have ordered them.
