This is a very good idea. If you have back issues or can't bend over. if you have trouble reaching, than this is a tool for you. You have to take your time because it's hard to get the nail clipper on the nail. You have to be careful when you squeeze the gadget because It will catch your skin ( Between the finger and the thumb) and pinch you. If you can't go out to get a pedicure this is the next best thing to keep your toenails from growing into your skin.
