NORSTAR chairs are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for six years from the ORIGINAL DATE OF RETAIL PURCHASE with the following exceptions: Upholstery materials, foam, gas cylinders, wood components and control mechanisms. Upholstery materials and foam are warranted against unusual wear or deterioration and gas cylinders, wood components, and controls against structural failure or unusual wear for TWENTY-FOUR months. All electronic components for the heating units have a 180 day warranty period.

Just got my chair itJust got my chair its absolutely gorgeous Im totally in love with it however the vanity that I purchased with it I begin setting up last night after waiting a week for it to come in the mail and now there are screws missing and there a special type of screw and I dont know where to purchase them or I would just go purchase them so now I have to wait for another one to get shipped out from Walmart and arrive and then get it put together and then FedEx is supposed to come pick up the remaining pieces so Im kind of upset but as far as the chair goes its absolutely everything I was expecting in more I love it its built just for a princess and Im gonna look like a princess when I get my vanity set up and Im sitting in it I know Ill feel like one too
