Purchased this for my mom who is 65 years of age, she needed something to work her arms and legs and supports her back this bike works great; she loves it! The initial set-up was faulty they sent the technician back and he tightened , twisted or did what needed to be done to make the noise go away. She uses it daily. I highly recommend this for its over all functionality and ease of use.

Meets my needs
In general, I liked the quality of the exercycle, but there were some minor issues on the fan grill portion of the bike in that there were some slightly bent pieces. Also, the bike does not operate as smoothly when starting to pedal. I must have the pedals in a specific place, which I am not used to, but I am getting used to it. Also a small piece fell out of the item when it was being removed from the carton, and we were never sure where it belonged, but may have something to do with the bent pieces on the fan grill. It did not affect operation that I can see. Overall, the bike meets my needs, especially the grip bars by the seat. I injured my right arm before delivery and must use one grip bar until my arm has healed.
