The only issue I had was removing it from store mode where it displayed the specs on the screen all the time but a simple google search helped me with that. I love it.

I love the size and quality of the tv and picture . it does over heat and restart randomly some times, especially when used all day. so unplugging and giving it a few minutes helps and it's great for a while after. I think all electronic items need this reset at times. i had it for 1 year, and love it.
