Perfect!

I was a little hesitant on trying these bands out because I've heard horror stories. However I'd you use them as intended, they work perfectly! These bands are strong and The set has multiple resistance ones to help with strengthening. Highly recommend!

Has everything you need

This is a perfect set for anyone into sports. My husband plays football on the weekend and was looking for something to train and get in a little better shape and this had so many things he needed to do so and the storage bag keeps everything nice and neat when he's not using it so i like that!

Great way to exercise!

This agility kit is a great way to get up and moving! My daughter and I have been using it for about a week now. I'm more into the exercise bands and the jump rope. She's more outdoors setting up obstacles with the cones and the agility ladder. I actually like doing it with her, but she's 16 and I'm 40, overweight and just got over Covid so there's that. That's ok because I've gotta start somewhere and this agility kit is definitely helping me get it shape!
