Good value for money - make sure to add weights!

Easy to assemble, easier if you have your own flex ratchet, but nice that they include any tools needed for assembly. Definitely agree with the instructions that 2 people needed for assembly. We have a 70 lbs heavy bag on ours, and you definitely need to put weights onto the weight stands or else it will fly across the room if you try to kick the bag! We have a 25 lb weight on each of the front weight stands, and it works well enough but a little more would make it more stable. Overall, for the price paid, I'm happy with what we got.

AWESOME!

Bought a punching bag to hang in the garage but it just never worked out...no pun intended. But now I can work out in the comfort of my own basement and never worry about it being too cold in the garage or moving the car because it's in the way...GENIOUS!

Sturdy, well made stand for your heavy bag.

The stand is made from a good weight metal tubing, that is painted black. The stand was not difficult to put together, and has good instructions for it's construction. The metal pipes are of a good weight, they are heavy enough to be very sturdy, but light enough to work with while building the stand. When constructed, the stand is 7 1/2 feet, or 90" tall. 4 feet, or 48" wide at base side to side. 5 feet, or 60" front to back at the base. The base has pegs that are padded, where you can put weights to help hold the stand sturdy while using it. I found for me, a 5'2" older woman, I did not need to put weights on the stand. I am using the stand for hand, arm and kicking strikes. I am not that strong, so there really is not much risk of the stand tipping. The pegs on the bottom, that are padded, are padded with a very dense foam, that even in bare feet, walking into the peg does not hurt at all. The stand needs to be in a room with a pretty high ceiling, and have pretty good space around it, but that is expected in an item of this nature. I think it would be best to build the stand where you want to be using it, as it is not the easiest thing to move around, but it can be moved.
