The outer side of the mattress feels silky smooth and cool to the touch. It helped regulate my body temperature better than anything I've tried before. Comfort-wise, this mattress strikes the perfect balance. The gel memory foam layer has a cloud-like softness that cradles my shoulders and hips without feeling too squishy. It came compressed but fluffed up fully within a few hours. There was no strong smell either, and fiberglass-free, it gives me extra peace of mind for long-term use. This mattress has totally exceeded my expectations. It's cool, comfortable, supportive, and beautifully designed.

The Bestier 12" Luxe mattress is soft yet supportive, although it is probably softer than I would prefer even with a medium firm support level. It is great that the mattress is designed to help keep you cool, as this is a problem for me and my husband especially during the warmer months. I really like that it has handles on the sides so you can move or rotate the mattress more easily. Overall, this mattress is pretty comfortable and supportive for the price.
