When I first saw the picture for this chair I thought the bottom wheels and half wouldn't be sturdy. But the rails are SOLID metal. The parts came with spare screws and a little tool too. It was EXTREMELY helpful. Yes, this chair does massage and it has mutliple diff massage features it goes through. Please, do yourself a favor and purchase this chair. It is absolutely awesome. I cried tears of joy. This is my first gaming chair I have ever purchased. And it was just everything.

Exactly what I wanted for a great price!

I was really pleased with this chair! It was super easy to put together. I was expecting it to be more complicated, but it wasn't hard at all. It also is a very comfortable chair. I needed something firm, because my back starts to hurt without support. This was perfect, as it is firm and even has the nice support pillows. The foot rest is easy to use, too. Great quality chair and at the perfect price.

So Cute!

Looks exactly like the picture! Very nice and sturdy, there was a hiccup in the instructions for assembling the back piece to the bottom, but it was resolved with trial and error. No stains on the cushions, the chair is very comfortable. I have not hooked up the massage bit, so can't confirm if it works. The seat adjuster almost did not work, had to re attach a few times to see if it works. I am 5'2'' and i have to use a foot rest to reach the floor. I was hesitant on buying since no reviews, but I am satisfied with my purchase!
