Buyer beware of products that do not come straight from Walmart. The office chair I ordered came in a box that had been opened. Three parts were missing. i called the company and they would not send me the parts or let me return the product. instead they told me to return it to Walmart. problem is that I am 80 and no longer drive so cannot get to the store to return it. Hope i can get the store to pick it up. $92.00 poorly spent!!
