This is a quality made guitar. The sound is rich and warm and it looks like a very expensive product. It didn't come tuned but that is to be expected. The packaging was very good and you could be rest assured that care has been taken to pack and ship it. It is also evident that the guitar is manufactured in a careful way, I couldn't find a place where corners might have been cut during the manufacturing of this guitar. The tuner comes with a battery and works very well. I haven't had the chance to use the capo yet but it looks like any other capo out there so no problems with that. The guitar also came with 4 picks (2 thin and 2 medium thick). The guitar bag is also good quality padded and the zippers work great on it. It has 2 handles and a standard back strap pair and they all are sturdy and the stiching looks like it will hold just fine. My only gripe is that the guitar action is a little high for my taste but that could be easily adjusted. Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase given the cost of the guitar. With little setup it sounds incredibly expensive and I can't be more happy.
