So far so good

I watched the entire dvd and wasn't sure I could do it being in my 60's but I did Pt 1-20 mins and it was easy for me. 3 level workouts each lasting 10 days. So I am looking forward to working my way thru this. Each exercise is maybe 10-15 reps so it really doesn't stress you out. She explains everything very clearly and slowly. She has 2 girls working out doing advanced and modified so that is really nice. You need light weights with this. No jumping around.
