Beef Shaved Steak 1 lb

Tried this on a whim. We shop Walmart frequently and I saw this for the first time one day, so I bought 2 packages. I made it in a big frying pan with a little olive oil, terryiki and worcestershire sauce and some seasoning-mainly garlic pepper and a little salt. Added some onions and green peppers sliced up as well. Steak cooked up so tender and it was a huge hit for my family. Very good on any kind of bun with cheese. I used left overs for steak salads. I have since purchased this when our Walmart has it available. I've laid the meat in a baking pan using the same ingredients as above and laid the vegetable skewers Walmart sells (mushrooms, peppers, onions, squash ) overtop of the meat and covered with foil. Baked at 325 in oven til vegetables are tender. So easy and healthy!

I tried this product for the first time and I loved it. In fact, I am eating it right now. I look forward to buying this product over and over again!
