When you receive the bed in a box, you wouldn't think too much of it. Once opened and it expands, you cannot get a better mattress for the money. It is quite firm for memory foam and you will not be sagging into it. Feels like sleeping on a cloud and very comfortable.

Five star first impression

The product ships rolled up and compressed in a long rectangular box. The mattress is easy to open from the vacuum, sealed package and expands quickly to full foam thickness. Worth noting, it does have inner springs. The mattress is comfortable, not too firm not too soft. Purchased for our teenager who has been very happy sleeping on it for the first week. Obviously with a new purchase, we can't speak to how the foam holds up over time but first impressions, we're very pleased with the mattress.
