I bought these for my daughter %26 she says they're like wearing regular panties, she can't tell they're different! I am not sure about the leakage level.

Best product I have found in a long time. They fit well and are made for American women unlike other brands that run really small. Provided me with all day protection when I was traveling and forgot tampons. These underwear saved me!
