Great for basic reads/clears

So far this has worked great for reading and clearing codes on my '11 Fiesta as well as even getting basic info about stuff like the temperature, oxygen sensors, etc. The built in code lookup also seems to work well (at least for my low battery voltage code). For the price, it's an excellent tool.

Life saver!

Life save and money saver!! My truck failed due to monitor readiness and I hated running to advanced auto to get it checked out.Then the light came on then I had to start over from the start again on waiting for monitor readiness when I cleared the code.so i bought this code reader and it showed me the trucks monitor readiness so I rushed it to get inspected and its pass!Then 2 days later the light came on but no worries there I now have a full year to the Cats replaced.its very small and will fit in your pockets.

I purchased this so I wouldn't have to go to Auto zone to get a diagnostic test on my vehicles when the check engine light comes on. Since purchasing I've been able to read and erase codes with ease. I have used it on my 1999 Chevy Malibu as well as my 2007 Chevy Silverado. Very easy to use. It's very accurate yesterday I just diagnosed the TPS on my 2007 Silverado and repaired it, erased the stored code, I drove it last night no check engine light. I would definitely recommend for your DIYers if that's a word lol...
