Both my daughter and I LOVE these shorts both for active events and leisurely wear. I wish they came in additional neutral colors rather than the brights, which don’t go with anything I wear. Suggestions: NAVY, BROWN, KHAKI, WHITE, BURGUNDY. For reference, I am 5’8”, 130 lbs, 30” waist, 38.5” hips and purchased a size medium. They do run short, but the elastic waist band allows me to pull it lower toward the hips.

The only down side are the pockets, because they are lightweight you can't put much in there the stitching will come undone %26 then you end up with a hole. Overall 9 out of 10 for these.
