The Athletic Works Vibrating Fitness Foam Roller combines a traditional three-dimensional roller with the added benefit of vibration. The Vibrating Muscle Roller is ideal for both pre- and post-workout use to help keep the body’s soft tissue loose, improve circulation, and maintain flexibility; the 3D textures provide myofascial release. It provides three levels of vibration (low, medium, and high) for a full body customized massage; it can also be used without vibration. It features a lithium-ion rechargeable battery and USB charging cord.

Great for Bad Knees
This is THE best price for one of these rollers with massage vibration. I use it under my knees to let the massage/vibration reduce swelling in the knee joints. I also use it under the knees to do leg strengthening exercises. My bad knees love this. It charges up quickly using a USB power cord. It shuts off on its own after 10 minutes. It has 2 or 3 speeds. It clearly states to wait at least 12 hours before recharging. I haven't needed to charge it in a week. This is a wonderful buy. I am happy to own this.
