I cooked a 14 pound turkey in there and I forgot to preheat it so it didn't cook it all the way through but the next time I did ribs and they turned out very tender and really good Because you have to preheat it each time you cook something and I didn't do that with the turkey so that's why it didn't turn out which was my fault. Otherwise I'm very impressed with the aroma electric roaster oven! don't forget to preheat it every time you cook something in there makes a big difference! Would definitely recommend and the price was great too at the time I ordered it!

This electric roasting pan turned out to be the SUV of kitchen appliances, but surprisingly lightweight for its size. I didn't catch all the dimensions on the product page, so I broke out the tape measure like a home inspector. • The lid alone has a depth of about 3”—basically a penthouse suite for your turkey. • The drop-in inner pan is roughly 17” long, 11.5” wide, and 5” deep. It's as if my 12‑pound turkey booked himself a six‑seat jacuzzi. • Without the drop-in, the internal dimensions stretch to about 17.5” long, 12” wide, and 5.5” deep. • From handle to handle, the unit spans around 24” long and 14.5” wide. That's not a roasting pan, that's a coffee table. • Height-wise, it stands about 7.4” without the lid, and the lid with its handle adds another 4”—like a stovetop skyscraper. Pro tips: You can actually bake in this with aluminum pans just like an oven, big plus! Also, to save space, you can store the lid upside down in the unit, though “space-saving” is a relative term when your appliance could double as a guest bed. ;)
