Oh my goodness, this is the most perfect item to have when you are really hot. It charges quickly and has multiple speeds on how fast the fan will turn. It also has multitudes of different colors, which is a bonus. In the front of the fan, it has an area on each side where water comes out but you need to make sure you fill it up, Just saying for a friend, lol.
