Looks and works great

Even without the mesh pieces I finally have coverage over the entire house, something the ISP's router could never do. Faster Internet as well, testing with my phone's speedtest app connecting first to this and then to the ISP router both in the same location and at almost the same time. It also doesn't hurt that it works as a clock and is very appealing to look at and doesn't need to be hidden away

Nice range even without add on mesh points

Wifi range was equal or better than previous router (Tp-Link Archer C9). Had a concern as most of the configuration was in the app instead of a web interface, but the app is easy to setup and use to manage devices. Really like the individual device control available.

AmpliFi WiFi by Ubiquiti

I have 3 of these things now! They replaced my old units, which were different vintages, and from different manufacturers. It's so nice to walk from one end of the house to the other without having to change the SSID on my phone to get a strong signal. The speed is also amazing. These guys (Ubiquiti) know WiFi! Also - if you're planning an upgrade, I'd recommend you build your system with the "stand-alone" router units like this one - instead of the systems with the "extenders". This gives you Ethernet "backhaul" which seems to really improve speed. It makes a very solid system IMHO.
