easy to read with the large display. says my oven is hotter than what i set it at. now...how do I know if the thermometer is telling me the truth or not. i dont know. but my food is cooked well setting the temp for the correct reading on the thermometer. so. i like it. and I do recommend this item. its easy to use, you can read the numbers on the face very easily, and the large display is great.
