Well designed easy to read oven thermometer

What you want and need in an oven thermometer is to be able to see the numbers through the glass portion of the oven door - not by opening the door. The AcuRite one with oversized easy to read numbers. It's well made - stainless steel and can be used hanging or standing in the oven rack. Great easy to use tool for precise baking/roasting.
