Looks great, but not functional for our needs.

While this piece looks great (we have the matte black set in all of our bathrooms), the major gripe we have is that it does not hold mega rolls, which I think most people purchase, so buyer beware! As the mega rolls provide the most bang for your buck, this hardware, unfortunately, does not. Since there is no exchange policy, we will have to replace these with something less pretty, but in the end, more functional for our needs.
