Updated product! Not the same.
This is apparently an updated product meant to replace the never-was-long-enough original product with "heel" in the name. It is not the same. This new design has a very hard arch which is extremely uncomfortable. I have discovered that plain elastic arch bandages and a silicone shoe insert (add a ball of the foot Silicone wearable and you're in heaven) work better than Dr. Schultz ever did. More durable and less expensive too. Plus. Plus. Plus!
