Uxcell 1/2-13 UNC Tap and Die Set with 38mm Die Stock Handle Wrench 3 Pack
- The round die is suitable for re-threading existing threads in hard materials like metal, or making new male threads in soft material like plastic. Good for general purpose threading.
- The high-speed steel tap can make or repair female threads, great for general purpose applications. Machine tap is with high hardness and toughness for wear resistance. Features just the base substrate without any additional coatings. Use with tapping oil to get higher quality threads and more durable taps.
- The die stock is suited for 38mm (1-1/2") outside diameter round dies. Provides good wear resistance for long service life. With adjustable screws, the die stock can securely hold round dies and is easy to operate.
- The die and tap set with die wrench can greatly improve the efficiency of processing threads, and are necessary tools for hand tapping operation. Can be used to process mild steel, aluminum, stainless steel, iron, cast iron, alloy steel, and hard plastics, etc.
